  • Yes of course you can! We create a personalised plan based on your gym access and equipment. We encourage a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell if you can pick one up from somewhere but it’s not a necessity to get results.

  • When you join the RF. family, you have coaches who want the absolute best from you and will help you reach your potential.

    We aim to make our plans sustainable, and enjoyable so that you that you stick to it.

    You will gain practical knowledge of habit building, mindset, training, nutrition and more.

    Your initial call will give us what we need to build out a suitable program for you. We encourage you to be open and transparent about where you are at currently and where you want to get to by training with us. We will use this info to create a program that fits in with your goals and lifestyle.

  • Our fortnightly check-in process is a chance for you to have one on one chat with your coach and address any concerns you have regarding your training.

    We also have an in app messaging tab which we aim to get back to you within 24 hours . This is always where you can send your videos for technique feedback from your coach.

  • Prices will vary depending on your commitment period and what package you get.

    Our most affordable package is $49.99/week with a 6 month commitment period.
